On Monday 26th January 2026, Prof. Mateusz Stróżyński, director of the Institute of Classical Philology at Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, will present his latest volume to the Centre for the Study of Platonism. The book, entitled, 'Plato and Jesus, not Caesar: Metaphysics of Freedom and Tyranny in Younger Europe' (Brill, 2026), can be previewed here, including open access to the introduction.
